Established in 1959, this client has organically and by acquisition grown to become a major multi-disciplinary consultancy with an enviable portfolio of projects and a number of industry awards.
With 32 offices nationwide, a presence on numerous client sites and over 2000 staff they are in every part of the country, each office having a distinct culture, but sharing the corporate values of excellence, innovation and developing a sustainable operation. Each office undertakes a broad portfolio of projects, while corporately the ratio between public and private sector work is 60:40. The strategy is to secure a larger percentage of the high profile, public funded works which are being planned and awarded over the next five years while developing their already excellent relationships with private clients.

An Associate level rail candidate is required to manage the site management team within the office on a day to day basis. You would report directly to the Regional Director and would cover the provision of site supervision staff and safety critical staff. Within this role you would also be expected to assist in developing the service nationwide. You would be responsible for management of technical and commercial aspects of projects and individual client accounts.
